Who We Are
Our Mission
Loving Jesus, Loving People.
What we Value
Preaching
Boldly and clearly communicate the Good News about Jesus to all people (1 Corinthians 15:1-8). In all outreaches, events, gatherings, and/or interactions, Jesus and the Gospel are centered.
Prayer
Fervent intercessory prayer and ardent worship to wage spiritual war (2 Corinthians 10:4, Ephesians 6:10-20). Expectant personal prayer lives encourage and build faith and prepare the corporate worship times to be maximally impactful for everyone, especially guests and those immature in their faith. It also builds safeguards against bitterness, gossip, and falling to private sin.
Power
Baptism in water for public proclamation of faith and identity with Christ and in the Spirit for empowerment to witness and live out the faith (Matthew 28:19; Acts 1:8). Obedience in water baptism for repentance and identity with Christ’s death and resurrection are a testimony to those who see it and a lasting stone of remembrance in the believer’s life. Baptism in the Holy Spirit is empowerment and a commissioning for service and a key driver for bringing dead things to life.
Passion
Cultivate an environment of hunger for God’s Word and eagerness to put it into practice (Matthew 4:4; Romans 12:11-13; James 2:26). We want to execute this mission with diligence fed by the Word of God as the Spirit Leads us into truth, we put it on and wear it out.
Provision
Providing for physical needs of the community; Provide tools and teaching to discover and use spiritual gifts for Jesus (James 1:27; 2:15-17; Romans 12:4-8). Compassion is the incarnation of the Gospel to people. Caring for the marginalized, seeing the unseen, hearing the unheard, befriending the lonely- with our own homes, money, safety, and comfort.
